This script calculates the optimum (highest allowable Oxygen content) of a gas mixture given the Oxygen partial pressure limit (p.p.02, in atmospheres) and operating depth (in feet of salt water).

If the depth is greater then 130, and you add in a max END, it will figure out the Helium percentage as well.
